Easter 2012

We went out to my sister's to enjoy Easter with them. Luckily, they planned Rowan's baptism for that weekend as well. I can't believe he's already 8! (And that Tre will be following in 2 years!) Monica was sweet enough to deal with us all being there. We have quite a load now...

Tre's Acting Debut

Tre's Kindergarten's class put on a cute show last week. Tre played a crossing guard. He was very true to his character. A real pro. :)

Piper's Blessing

Freddy gave a beautiful blessing for Piper. She did well. Was peaceful and still through everything. Afterward, the family came over for lunch. How we fit 60 people in our itty-bitty condo is beyond me! But it all turned out. A very sweet day.

8 Weeks

So I'm completely off my blogging game. Apparently having 4 kids is a lot of work! So here's a quick look at how our sweet Piper is growing! She got these cute skinnies from her Aunt Amy... and she's workin' it...

9 Awesome Years

Really... it's been 10. Freddy and I dated a year before we got married. But, who's counting. :)
Freddy made reservations at Ruth's Chris and got us a room at a Holiday Inn about 2 minutes from our house. Amy Kay took Piper over night and the kids stayed with a sitter. Best night of sleep I've had in a long time! A short lived night but I loved every minute. Love you Fred!

Tre Turns 6!

My baby's 6! Tre wanted a superhero themed sleep over so his friends and cousins came over in their favorite superhero costume. A night of pure chaos, but you only turn 6 once!

Brooklyn went out with Mackenzie for girl time while the boys had boy time :)

CATS!

For Christmas, Freddy and my dad got just us girls tickets to see CATS! We made a day of it and went to the Rainforest Cafe first. Brooklyn took it all in and loved every second! I had only had Piper 2 weeks prior to this fun event so you'll notice I'm all in black including the hat to cover up my not-so-natural blonde hair. I was able to somewhat pull myself together. I had pumped a whole bunch of bottles so Freddy could play Mister Mom for the day. While in the restaurant, the sound of the elephants came on. Sounded a lot like a baby cry so it stimulated my motherly hormones and my body was telling me it was feeding time. Uncomfortable! (My mom got a big kick out of that...) Overall, a really fun day. I will be so happy when Piper will be old enough to join us in these fun girlie outings!
