What I've Been Up To...

First of all: A big thanks to my sis-in-law Reta for being willing to post before and after pictures! It looks subtle in this picture, but it turned out nice on her...
This is AWESOME! I am now doing airbrushed tanning and it's seriously so cool! It's healthier than a sunburn, makes you look skinnier, it's fast, lasts 7-10 days and I'm able to color match your skin and make you sunkissed or more brown.
I had an actual airbrush I was using before and it took so long to do the job. So I invested in this machine and it works like magic!
I had to practice this week so I did a special so I could get practice and I can say it honestly helped. I have my own routine and have had very happy outcomes from it!

Calico Family Campout

Since Freddy had already tried the mines a few weeks ago, he wanted to go with friends and family. It was so much fun and the kids had a blast!! We made hot dogs and smores (Brooklyn's favorite part!) We slept in our tent in very windy conditions but the kids did an awesome job! Knox especially! He slept like, well, you know. The next morning we had breakfast and made our way up to the mines. It was a little bit of a hike, but everyone did a great job! The mines were seriously cool! We took everybody deep down into these old silver mines and all of the kids totally dug on all of it! Brooklyn and I sang "Hi Ho" throughout the adventure. After hiking and the mines, we went to the old Ghost Town which is a watered down Knott's Berry Farm, but still a thrill for the kids. Tre and Brooklyn didn't last 2 seconds on the car ride home. They were exhausted from all of the fun! Anyone up for and adventure? We'd love to do it again!
