Buzz Lightyear Ride

If you haven't done this, do it the next time you're at Disneyland. They take a picture on this ride then you can e-mail to your computer right after. Nice thinkin', Disney. Save me 20 bucks on buying a picture! (Tre WAS with us. He's somewhere...)

Family Pictures 2008

Aspirin, Valium, and some ether wipes for the kids... these are just a few things I think are mandatory to have for family pictures with 2 kids under the age of 3! Fortunately, my secret weapon is my friend and cousin-in-law, Autumn, who is brilliant with a camera. We've been meaning to do pictures for so long and we finally got around to it yesterday. We got a good laugh out of what we got, but we did get a family picture, which was the main goal. Thank you, Autumn, for your patience, professionalism and radness!

ROCKIN' 29th!!

RAW 'n ROW everybody! Freddy turned 29 yesterday, so we had a Rock Band party with mandatory dress up! We busted out our wigs and silk shirts and put hot make-up on the guys! Freddy borrowed a pair of my dance pants for that tight, spandex look. SO hot. Everyone was so rad looking! I came as the band groupie! Girls... tell me you didn't do these bangs back in the day!! Happy Birthday, Freddy! 

DVIDA Finals

Look who won stuff! My mom won in the Latin Bronze Division and I won in the Latin Gold Division at the Dvida Las Vegas Comp. It was a blast! We compete Ohio in November, but I'm not even expecting to place. It's like the biggest ballroom competition out there and the best of the best come out. But it's a great learning experience. Afterward we went out to celebrate. Any excuse to get good food...

Dancing with the Stars/ Fire! Fire!

My coach, Joe, got us into "Dancing with the Stars" on Monday! (The studio's behind us. There weren't any NBC signs around...) My mom and I had gone last year but on elimination night. We got to watch the dancing this time! We actually weren't supposed to get in because it was over booked, but we LITERALLY got the last four seats in the audience! We sat in the balcony, front row, so we lucked out!! For the show, they took our cameras and phones. When I got them back, I had mass texts and messages that there were fires in our area and that we were possibly gonna have to evacuate. Turns out we didn't, but we had a scare. A night full of luck! Here are a few pictures of what I drove home to, and film footage of what was happening in our front yard...

Hawaii 2008

Alooooha! We went to Kauai last week and had the worst time ever! J/K! Ummm... it's Hawaii, so we did all the Hawaiian stuff to do. The boys went surfing; the girls went shopping; luau; laid out; snorkeling; sunset catamaran boat ride; organic chocolate tasting at a local chocolate grove;chocolate trees; tasted exotic fruits; amazing restaurants; waterfalls; rope swings (watch Freddy on the movie at the bottom); virgin Hawaiian drinks; pictures; roosters up the wazoo; hula girls; loin cloth boys; macadamia nuts of all tastes and flavors; shave ice; Twilight reading... with Moe; more eating; and the red eye home. I think I covered everything!
