Jim Gaffagin

Our friends Ryan and Amy got us tickets to see Jim Gaffagin in San Diego this weekend. We've seen him multiple times. In fact, Freddy and I used to do stand-up at the Irvine Improv where he would perform and got to talk to him. Super cool, down to earth guy. His material was all new and of course hilarious! Thanks, O'Connor's for the invite!
Afterward, Amy suggested we go to Extraordinary Desserts in downtown SD. Sooo amazing! Desserts to die for and amazing organic food, cheeses and breads. Yum! Can't wait to go back! I felt like we were kidless again staying out late, having fun with adult people. I felt it waking up to screaming kids 5 hours later. It's ok. Wouldn't trade any of it... "Hot Pocket..."
This is the best picture I got of him. You'd think he'd glow in the dark with how white he is...
Showing each pastery my love for them and reassuring each that I'd be back one day to try each and every one.

Brooklyn with Straight Hair!!

We played Beauty Shop the other day and decided to do Brooklyn's hair! I didn't even recognize her when we were done. Cutie Pie...

Wild Rivers

Wednesday we went to Wild Rivers! It was so much fun this time since the kids were old enough to appreciate the kiddie portion of the rides! They had a blast! The sun had finally come out after a week of overcast and gave us all a nice introduction to summer burn. Cousins came too! Yay for summer fun!
